Welcome to SSDI Claim Expert. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ssdiclaimexpert.com (the "Site") and any forms or services offered through it. Please read them carefully. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are and What We Do

SSDI Claim Expert is a private, independent service that provides general information about Social Security Disability benefits and helps connect visitors with third party providers, which may include attorneys, law firms and claim assistance companies. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent you before the Social Security Administration.

2. No Government Affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Social Security Administration (SSA) or any other government agency. Applying for benefits directly with the SSA is free at ssa.gov.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using the Site or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us, or between you and any third party, unless and until you sign a written agreement with a licensed attorney.

4. Eligibility to Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current and belongs to you.

5. Your Submission and Consent

When you submit our form, you authorize us to share your information with our marketing partners and service providers so they can contact you about your inquiry. If you check the consent box, you agree to be contacted by email, telephone, text message and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, including through automated technology, at the contact details you provide, even if those details are on a Do Not Call list. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using an unsubscribe link, or contacting us. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will qualify for, be approved for or receive any benefits, or that any claim will succeed. Decisions about benefits are made solely by the Social Security Administration. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

7. Third Party Providers

Third party providers are independent of us. We do not control their services, fees, advice or conduct and are not responsible for them. Any agreement you reach with a provider is solely between you and that provider. Please review any fee agreement carefully before signing.

8. Acceptable Use

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSDI Claim Expert and its owners, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of benefits, income or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content or on any third party.
